Abstract

CRM Stream™ is a low budget, flexible Customer Relationship Management software built on Lotus Notes® / Domino® platfrom for small and medium business, with the ability to adapt to suit your requirements. The product developed by IT-Stream© and has 5 main modules:  CRM Stream (the core module), CRM Directory, CRM Request, CRM Newsletter and CRM Log.

The core module CRM Stream keeps track of all your customers’ or clients’ information, scheduled activities (agenda, date, status, result), completed activities (meetings, discussions etc), and details of any person in charge / decision maker / CEO or employee at your client company. The information stored about individuals can contain fields like Name, Birthday, Address, Position, Phone, E-mail etc. The core module also contains Client Position List class that stores details of discount, interest, annual sales value and other information that can be used to calculate RBP: Real Buying Possibility. The product also stores consignee details (Legal name, address, TIN, Current Account, Corresponding Account, bank info etc), details of Business Offer (date, probability, status, offer items, sum, margin, quantity etc).  The module uses all the information stored within it to calculate RBP, to help you analyze the data, take right decisions and corrective steps. After the deal is closed “Real Deal with a Client” Manager creates Deal Document. Account Manager approves after receipt of money and the Administrator Guide will help you to change the access rights to “Close the Deal”. After closing, the deal sum takes into “Customer Lifetime Value – CLV”. Access to all these information is restricted with Access Rights. Each client can be assigned to a manager and only he/she can have access to information about his/her client.  The senior manager can have access to his client information + subordinate managers’ clients information. The administrator will have access to all the information. The module also stores information about the cost involved in achieving a sale so that you can calculate your margin appropriately and generate smart reports when required.

CRM Directory – another module stores, tracks and sorts details according to the directory data information (Countries, Region Groups, Regions, Cities, Positions description, Actions status, Offers status, Deals status, Actions type).

CRM Request – is another module for managing request on Client Creation, and Workflow Process.

CRM Newsletter – module is a Newsletter tool for managing campaigns.

CRM Log – module logs all the information on administration and operation that can be viewed whenever needed.
