Aekam follows a multistage process based on goals and challenges to meet your accounting needs as explained below.

Requirement and Situation Analysis:
First, we analyze your current accounting process and map out areas of concerns if any. Then we give you an in-depth introduction into how the accounting work will be done right at your desk by our team from a remote location. Aekam will invest in all the technology and software solutions but expects you to have at least an internet connection with one personal computer on which all your company’s accounting details will be stored. Once the expectations are understood and the process involved is clear, we initiate the zero cost pilot process to identify any expectations which might not be stated.

Zero cost pilot phase:
In this phase we initialise the accounting work using the above Remote Access Model. Usually the pilot phase is done for fixed period of time after which both the teams get to see the results. The results are shared with the customers and a future course of action is drawn out. The pilot phase is a representative phase and is mainly carried out to identify any details that may not be mentioned or stated while agreeing on the project. Customers are not billed during the pilot phase though accounting work is done. There is also no obligation on our customers and they are free to leave after the free pilot phase. No questions asked.

Review the results from the pilot phase:
After the pilot phase, we review the expectations, work done, and the results. Then we suggest corrective actions or alter the process to meet any challenges observed during the pilot process. Then we chart down how many accounting man-hour work is needed in a month for your company. The billing is always directly on the man hour work consumed and again there is no obligation to continue to have our services after the free pilot phase if you are not happy with the costing.

Execution or Project Phase:
In this phase we replicate all the processes from pilot phase and include new actions to overcome any problem that might be observed during the same phase. We continue to do the accounting work to your full satisfaction.

Security and Quality:
We always use technologies (hardware and software solutions) that are highly recommended and have the highest security features, so that you can completely relax and not worry about intrusion, data theft and data corruption. We ensure to reduce the possibility of data leakage or duplication by using software solutions that eliminates the possibility of data capture or copying. We also have Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements signed with every employee and monitor authorized access of all registered users for extra security.
